Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- cream - 6 Tbsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- Add cocoa, water, margarine, and oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; add to flour and sugar mixture and stir
- pecan pieces, optional - 1 c
How to make fudge cake:
Combine sugar and flour; stir with a spoon. Add cocoa, water, margarine, and oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; add to flour and sugar mixture and stir. Mix soda with buttermilk and stir into the mixture; add eggs and vanilla. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes. Leave in pan and let cool before icing.Icing:1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. cream1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecan pieces, optional Combine margarine, cocoa, and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; add sugar, pecans, and vanilla.
