- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- canned milk - 1 c
- can fruit cocktail - 1 item
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Topping:1 c. sugar1/2 stick oleo1 c. canned milk Mix flour, salt and soda together and set aside. Cream the sugar, oleo and eggs together. Add flour mixture; mix and then blend in the fruit cocktail (do not drain). Pour in baking pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 45 minutes at 325°.Boil topping ingredients together and pour over cake after it is baked.
