Frozen mocha cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water - 1 tsp
- instant coffee - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate syrup - 2/3 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- can condensed milk - 1 oz
- shaved chocolate optional - 1 item
- chocolate cookie crumbs 24 Oreos, cream scraped off
How to make frozen mocha cheesecake:
In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter. In a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and sides. Chill. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk and syrup. In a small cup, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Add to chocolate mixture; mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings. Return leftovers to freezer. Makes 12 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Frozen desserts.
