  • butter, softened - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • hot water - 1 tsp
  • instant coffee - 1 tsp
  • chocolate syrup - 2/3 c
  • Eagle Brand milk - 1 (14
  • chocolate cookie crumbs
  • or 1 8 oz - 1 c

How to make frozen mocha cheesecake:

Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into buttered spring-form or 9 x 12-inch dish on bottom and sides. Save some for top. Chill.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk and chocolate syrup. In cup, dissolve coffee in hot water, then add to mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional crumbs. Return leftovers to freezer.
