Frozen mocha cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- chocolate flavored syrup - 2/3 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- can Eagle condensed milk - 1 item
- chocolate wafer cookie crumbs 24 cookies
- instant coffee mixed with 1 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make frozen mocha cheesecake:
Combine crumbs, sugar and oleo. Pat firmly on bottom and sides of buttered 9-inch spring-form pan or 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Chill. In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle milk and syrup, then add coffee and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and pour into pan. Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm.
