Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
  • can dark sweet cherries - 1 oz
  • can crushed or chunked pineapple - 1 oz

How to make frozen cherry salad:

Drain all fruits. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature. Beat cheese until fluffy. Blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in fruits, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish and freeze. Take out of freezer about 1/2 hour before serving. Serve on lettuce leaf.
