Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- chopped nuts if desired - 1 c
- can Mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- can dark sweet cherries - 1 oz
How to make frozen cherry salad:
Cream sour cream and cream cheese with a mixer. Stir in salt, sugar and marshmallows. Stir in drained fruit. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch container and freeze.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Fruit, Salads.
