Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • dairy sour cream - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 3/4
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
  • can dark sweet cherries - 1 oz

How to make frozen cherry salad:

Drain fruit and reserve a few cherries and orange sections for garnish. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften or soften in microwave. Beat until fluffy and blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in fruits, marshmallows and pecans. Pour into loaf pans and freeze.
