Ingredients/Components
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- real mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
How to make frosted cauliflower:
Steam cauliflower. Do not overcook. Drain well. Place in shallow bake-and-serve dish. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and cheese. Spread over the head of cauliflower. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
