Frosted cauliflower
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- paprika - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
How to make frosted cauliflower:
Wash cauliflower. Cook or steam whole until tender. Heat mayonnaise, salt and mustard. Frost over evenly the tips of the cauliflower. Top with cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
