- butter - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- mustard Grey Poupon - 2 tsp
How to make frosted cauliflower:
Boil whole head of cauliflower for 10 minutes; drain. Place on glass pie plate. Brush with butter. Frost with the mixture of mayonnaise, mustard and grated cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
