  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • starter
  • large fresh blossoms - 12 item

How to make fried squash blossoms:

Stir well except nuts and dates. Add nuts and dates. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.

Note: Keep lid on container during the 10 days. If you want to keep starter indefinitely, you may freeze. Thaw completely before using.
