Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- yellow crook-necked squash or white scalloped squash - 1 item
How to make fried squash:
Slice squash in 1/4-inch slices. Roll in mixture of flour and salt and pepper. Place in skillet with hot grease. Turn when brown. Take out when other side is brown. Salt to taste when frying.
