Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 onion,
- oleo - 2 scrambled
- rice - 1/2 c
- English peas, drained - 8 oz
How to make fried rice:
Cook rice until tender in salted water. Mix all ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup diced Cheddar cheese. Pour into flat bakeware. Top with cooking cheese. Brown cheese in hot oven. Serve.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
