- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- oleo
- peeled, chopped apples - 3 c
- Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture
How to make fresh apple pound cake:
Beat well sugar, oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. milk1 1/4 tsp. oleo Boil 2 to 3 minutes and while cake is still hot, spread on the icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
