Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 1/3 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• pecans - 1 c
• oleo
• peeled, chopped apples - 3 c
• Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture

How to make fresh apple pound cake:

Beat well sugar, oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. milk1 1/4 tsp. oleo Boil 2 to 3 minutes and while cake is still hot, spread on the icing.
