Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- apples, chopped but not too fine - 3 c
- Mix in oil, cinnamon and eggs; add chopped apples
How to make fresh apple cake:
Sift together flour, sugar and soda. Mix in oil, cinnamon and eggs; add chopped apples. Grease and flour three (9-inch) pans; divide dough among pans. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.Filling:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. oleo1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans2 tsp. vanilla Cream the cheese and oleo.
