Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green onions, sliced - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
- stalk chopped celery - 1 item
- cut up pork, chicken, etc
How to make fried rice:
Cook rice the day before and refrigerate. Heat oil in deep frying pan. Saute meat and celery. Add rice, stirring and press out any lumps. Add salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Make a hollow in rice mixture and pour in beaten egg. Stir the pan until the egg begins to set. Add onions and soy sauce.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
