Pepper steak

Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 item
- sirloin steak
How to make pepper steak:
Cut the steak into very thin slices. In a skillet with a lid, heat the oil and add the steak slices. Cook, uncovered, until browned. Pour out some of the oil and add the remaining ingredients, except the rice. Cover and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the juice has thickened. Serve over rice.
