Fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- rice - 1 c
- to 4 slices bacon - 3 item
- to 2 eggs - 1 item
How to make fried rice:
Cook 1 cup rice with 2 cups water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Fry bacon crisp. Push to one side of frying pan. Brown onion in bacon grease. Push to side of pan. Scramble egg(s) in bacon grease. Add cooked rice. Add enough soy sauce until colored as desired. Add salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
