Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- can Shoepeg corn - 11 oz
- bunch green onions, sliced - 1 item
- can LeSueur green peas - 15 oz
How to make vegetable salad:
Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil and let cool. Put the remaining ingredients in a colander and drain. Pour liquid over vegetables and refrigerate overnight or 1 day ahead of time.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
