Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- frozen peas - 1 c
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- cooked, cubed ham - 1 2
- cooked rice 1 c - 3 c
- carrot, finely diced - 1 item
How to make fried rice:
Fry ham with soy sauce. Add carrots. Stir-fry to heat through. Add onions, rice and peas. Mix and heat over medium heat. Make a well in the center so bottom of pan is exposed. Add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until soft scrambled, then mix into rice mixture.Note: Best if rice is made ahead and chilled, but recipe still works with "fresh cooked" rice.
