Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes - 1/3 c
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • crushed cornflakes - 1 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • instant minced onion - 2 Tbsp

How to make barbecued meatballs:

Barbecue Sauce:3/4 c. ketchup3/4 c. water2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. chili powder Mix all together; form into meatballs. Coat with flour and brown in frying pan. Place in casserole. Pour over meatballs. Bake until sauce has cooked into meatballs at 350°, approximately 1 hour.
