Piquant cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- firmly packed brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- instant minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- can jelled cranberry sauce - 1 item
How to make piquant cocktail meatballs:
Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and minced onion. Blend well.
