  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • parsley flakes - 1/3 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • instant minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • cornflake crumbs - 1 c
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • can jelled cranberry sauce - 1 item

How to make piquant cocktail meatballs:

Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and minced onion. Blend well. Form mixture into small meatballs, about the size of walnuts. Arrange meatballs in a baki
