Fried noodles
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- cooked shrimp - 1/2 lb
- medium egg noodles - 1/4 lb
- sweet soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- diced chicken, beef or pork - 2 c
- mustard greens, chopped coarsely - 5 leaves
How to make fried noodles:
Drop noodles in boiling water. Boil one minute. Drain and rinse in cold water.Fry meat, garlic and red onion until light brown. Add soy sauce, cook and stir for 1 minute. Add cabbage, cooking for one minute only. Add shrimp, salt and noodles. Mix well. Just before serving, heat again.
Serve on oval platter garnished with fried red onions. Serves 4 to 6.
