- to 6 medium green tomatoes - 4 item
- to 4 eggs - 3 item
- grated Romano cheese to your own taste - 1 item
- garlic powder to your own taste - 1 item
- onion powder to your own taste - 1 item
How to make fried green tomatoes:
Wash and dry tomatoes. Slice 1/4-inch thick. Add cheese, garlic and onion powder to flour. Mix well. Beat eggs. Dip each tomato slice first in flour, then into the eggs and into the flour again.
