Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- fresh corn - 2 c
How to make fresh corn pudding:
Combine sugar, corn, salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix well. Add margarine to the milk in a pan and heat until margarine melts. Blend with corn mixture. Pour into a greased one quart casserole dish and place in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350° for one hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
