  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cans beef consomme - 4 item
  • cans water - 2 item
  • brandy - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • French bread - 1 item
  • Swiss cheese - 1 item

How to make french onion soup:

Saute onions and garlic in 6 tablespoons of butter until soft, but not brown. Sprinkle with flour. Add 1 can of soup and 1 can of water. Bring to a boil. Add remaining soup and water. Add brandy just before serving. Heat olive oil and 2 tablesp
