- potatoes - 10 oz
- oil - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
How to make french fries:
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wide sticks. Place in old water (ice) about 30 minutes. Pat dry. Place potatoes in plastic bag with other ingredients. Shake to coat. Arrange on large cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
