Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- flowerets cooked cauliflower - 8 item
- sifted dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make french fried cauliflower:
Roll flowerets in flour, dip in egg to which water has been added. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in deep fat. Bake at 350° until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
