  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • canned vegetable juice 32 oz - 4 c
  • beef broth 14 1/2 oz

How to make french cabbage soup:

In a large saucepan, combine vegetable juice, broth and dry onion soup mix. Add celery, cabbage and onion. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
