Ingredients/Components
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- can black beans, drained - 1 item
- can pinto beans, drained - 1 item
- cans diced tomatoes with juice - 2 item
- cans corn with juice - 2 item
- Hidden Valley Ranch mix - 1 pkg
- grated cheese Cheddar or Monterey - 1 item
How to make taco soup:
Brown beef and onion. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese on top and a dollop of sour cream. Crumble tortilla chips into soup or serve on the side.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
