Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- medium onion, sliced thinly - 1 item
- sliced unpeeled cucumbers - 2 qt
How to make freezer pickles:
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons salt on the cucumbers and onion. Let set 2 hours. Warm only to dissolve sugar and vinegar. Now put cucumbers in small containers and pour liquids over them and freeze.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
