- container Cool Whip - 1 (12
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
- almonds, sliced - 4 oz
- Duncan Hines fudge butter cake mix - 1 item
How to make almond joy cake:
Cook cake according to package directions. Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir in thawed coconut. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle almonds over each layer. Refrigerate. This cake freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
