Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- chocolate bark - 1/2 lb
How to make peanut butter cups:
You will need 24 (1 1/2-inch) paper bonbon cups.Blend 1/3 cup peanut butter with powdered sugar and vanilla. Using 1/2 teaspoon for each, shape into 24 balls. Combine melted chocolate and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Spoon just enough of mixture into each bonbon to cover bottom. Top with peanut butter ball, then cover with remaining chocolate mixture. Chill for faster setting. Makes 24 cups.
