Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make fluffy frosting:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. In a small bowl, very slowly pour the hot sugar syrup over the unbeaten egg whites, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
