Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • 7-Up - 10 oz
  • crushed pineapple undrained - 1 c
  • box pineapple or vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • Add it last; beat well

How to make 7-up cake:

Beat all ingredients together except 7-Up. Add it last; beat well. Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 375° for about 40 minutes.Icing:2 eggs1 Tbsp. flour1 c. coconut1 1/2 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained) Cook all except coconut until thick. Add coconut and pour over hot cake.
