Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- cans tomatoes - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- grits - 1 c
How to make grits casserole:
Bring tomatoes to boil. Add grits; cover and set aside. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain. Add to tomatoes. Add vegies, beans and cheese. Pour into casserole; top with French fried onions. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
