Fettuccine alfredo
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- freshly ground pepper - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- uncooked medium egg noodles - 8 oz
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, heat margarine over water bath in chafing dish until melted. Stir in cream, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and salt. Heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Drain noodles; toss with cream mixture until evenly coated.
