  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
  • ground black pepper - 1 item
  • additional grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item

How to make fettuccine alfredo:

Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, heat margarine over water bath in chafing dish until melted. Stir in cream, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and salt. Heat and stir occasionally until smooth. Drain noodles; toss with cream mixture until evenly coated.
