Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- shortening - 3/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- ice water - 1/2 c
How to make favorite pie crust:
Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening with pastry blender and add ice water. Blend well. Divide equally and roll out on floured board. Recipe makes two 9-inch crusts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Holiday.
