- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- apples - 1 item
How to make deep dish apple crisp:
Prepare apples by peeling and slicing as you would for a regular pie in a large pie plate. Use enough apples to fill the plate. For topping, beat 2 eggs, add sugar and butter. Beat well. Fold in flour which has been sifted with baking powder and salt. Add vanilla.
