  • Italian dressing - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • guacamole dip - 1 item
  • lettuce, shredded or chopped - 1 item
  • will serve about 4 people
  • refried beans or dip - 1 item

How to make fajitas:

Cut steak into strips, approximately 1/2 x 2 inches each. Place steak in large, rectangular dish and cover with Italian dressing and beer (approximately 2 cups dressing to each cup beer). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours.
