- beer - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- picante sauce - 1 item
- Italian dressing - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- guacamole dip - 1 item
- lettuce, shredded or chopped - 1 item
- will serve about 4 people
- refried beans or dip - 1 item
How to make fajitas:
Cut steak into strips, approximately 1/2 x 2 inches each. Place steak in large, rectangular dish and cover with Italian dressing and beer (approximately 2 cups dressing to each cup beer).
