Tortilla roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- picante sauce - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 count)
- black olives, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green onions, finely chopped tops, too - 5 item
- jalapenos, finely chopped remove seeds - 3 item
How to make tortilla roll-ups:
Place all ingredients, except tortillas and picante sauce, in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Spread mixture on flour tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap in damp paper towels. Place in a Ziploc bag and chill.To serve, cut tortillas into 1/2-inch pieces and have picante sauce available for dipping.
