Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- soda crackers, rolled fine - 12 item
How to make escalloped corn:
Spray or grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.At holiday time, my mother adds a can of drained oysters.
