  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder - 5 Tbsp

How to make enchilada sauce:

Heat oil and brown flour. To the 2 c. water add the chili powder and disolve. Add the mixture to the browned flour and mix well. Add seasonings and blend. Bring it to a bubb boil, stirring frequently. Simmer covered for 5 min. Evaporated milk can be added to soften flavor.
