Enchilada sauce


Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
- sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- whole-wheat flour - 2 Tbsp
- canola oil - 3 Tbsp
- cans tomato puree - 2 1/2
- vegetable broth
How to make enchilada sauce:
Heat oil in skillet. Stir in flour and cook a few minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in chili powder. Then add other ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
