Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 2 c
- Crisco
- carton Baca red chili - 1/2 item
How to make enchilada sauce:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Fill rest of blender with water and blend.Pour in a large sauce pan and add another 1/2 full blender of water. You might not use all of it. Add garlic to taste. Cook on medium heat. Continue to stir until thick.
