  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 to
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • clove garlic optional - 1 item
  • can taco sauce small - 1 item
  • approximately corn tortillas, cut into bite size pieces - 9 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown hamburger meat and add onion and garlic; cook until onion is limp, then add the canned ingredients. In a large, shallow dish, alternate the meat, tortillas and cheese in that order. Bake at 325° to 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted.
