- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 to
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- clove garlic optional - 1 item
- can taco sauce small - 1 item
- approximately corn tortillas, cut into bite size pieces - 9 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger meat and add onion and garlic; cook until onion is limp, then add the canned ingredients. In a large, shallow dish, alternate the meat, tortillas and cheese in that order. Bake at 325° to 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
