Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown hamburger meat, onion and garlic. Drain. Add sauce and seasoning mix. Heat well. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 tortillas. Pour meat mixture over them. Cover with remaining 6 tortillas. Pour soup over top, milk over soup and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
