Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger meat, onion and garlic. Drain. Add sauce and seasoning mix. Heat well. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 tortillas. Pour meat mixture over them. Cover with remaining 6 tortillas. Pour soup over top, milk over soup and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
