Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- shredded sharp Cheddar
- cans green chilis - 2 oz
- several dashes hot pepper sauce if desired - 1 item
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Brown ground chuck and onion in skillet; drain off fat. Sprinkle meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place 1/2 of chilis in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with meat mixture. Arrange remaining chilis over meat.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
